Free Quote & Invoice Generator for UK Plasterers
Create professional, fully itemised PDF quotes and invoices in under 60 seconds. No registration or account needed.
Plaster is area, and the area is rarely just the skim. Boarding, a patch and a ceiling that is not sound are different jobs from a price per room.
Built Specifically for UK Plastering Professionals
- Boarding & Skim: Say whether each room is boarding, skimming, or both.
- Patches: Price a patch on its own line, because it is slower per metre than a full room.
- Substrate Condition: Agree dubbing out or overboarding when the wall or ceiling will not take a skim.
- Drying & Return Visits: Say whether drying time, preparation and any return visits are included.
Fill out the form, generate your quote or invoice, and download a clean PDF directly to your device. Your data is never saved or tracked.

Free quote and invoice template for plasterers
Quote the rooms you have seen, and say if you are boarding, skimming, or both. Invoice the same rooms when they are ready for paint. Add the cupboard or the bulkhead as a line before you start if it was not in the first message.
Tick Add VAT when the skim, the boards and the beads are net and you are VAT registered. The PDF adds 20% on top. Leave it off if you are not registered. Your document is not stored.
Between houses, a room size and a photo are enough for Pencil for UK plasterers to write that quote in WhatsApp.
What to include on a quote for UK plasterers
Plaster is area, and the area is rarely just the skim. These lines are one room that needs boarding first.
- Overboard ceiling and dot and dab a wall. The boarding, separate from the finish.
- Skim to walls and ceiling. The finish coat, with the room named.
- Beads to external corners. Included when they are yours to supply.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the plasterer quote generator free?
- Yes. Quote the next room as often as you like, or invoice it, and download the PDF. No account, and your document is not stored.
- How do I add VAT to a skim price?
- Enter the net rate for the boarding, the skim and the beads, then tick Add VAT if you are registered. Twenty percent is added on top. If your per-room price was agreed including VAT, leave the box off.
- Is a price per room a quote or an estimate?
- It is a quote for the rooms you have seen and described. It is an estimate if they are still adding the cupboard, the bulkhead or a ceiling you have not checked. Name the rooms on the lines.
- Should a patch be priced like a full room?
- No. A patch is slower per metre and should say so. Overboarding is a different line from skimming a sound ceiling. Put the method in the description.
